Pick one hero
Six heroes for X Gens Growth, built on Hamish's Brief 3 copy and one set of type and colours taken from hero 1. Each runs live below at desktop and phone size.
Reply with the number and one line on why, and I will record it and build the page from it.
Inside the grid
Layout centred stack on grid rails, closing on a strip · Lead moving 3D modules: homes, agency towers, data stacks on one pipeline · Angle insiders on both sides, the locked heading
Your Retool direction on a light ground. The strip drifts and builds on its own and follows the scroll; under reduced motion it settles once, then moves only with the scroll.

Founders either side
Layout symmetric three columns, founders framing a bold centred headline, stat bar straight under · Lead founder photos · Angle two careers, one business
Hamish's own acquisition.com direction. The arches are sized for the waist up cut outs in Brief 3; until they arrive they say so instead of faking people.

Apply from the first screen
Layout split on a grid line, offer left, form right · Lead the application, with one switch between PropTech and Real Estate · Angle limited partner slots for 2027
The form is the hero, so the funnel starts before anyone scrolls. On a phone the switch keeps both tracks above the fold.

Results by name
Layout headline band over a full width ledger · Lead named client results: LockedOn, FLK It Over, Real Flow, Renowned · Angle results we can put a name to
Proof first, set like a statement. Every row is a link to its case study; the numbers never move.

Built From Inside
Layout poster, huge type bottom left, the X as a target on the right · Lead bold type · Angle the brand line from Hamish's opening sequence
Opens with the sequence Hamish asked for. It plays once per visitor, so open hero 5 here to replay it.

Two tracks up front
Layout left headline over two unequal panels, PropTech dominant · Lead the two track offers · Angle you have probably already heard from us
Both audiences find their door in the first screen. On a phone the descriptions fold under each heading so both buttons stay above the fold.

The rest of the homepage
- Announcement bar, floating header, sticky Apply button. Locked furniture, already on every hero.
- Hero. Your pick, restyling everything below it.
- Two track cards. PropTech first on phones, both buttons visible without scrolling past them.
- Stat bar. Three stats from one file John edits, real numbers in the HTML, Stat 3 behind a flag.
- Already In This Market. Hamish's two lines set large, one per audience.
- Who We Work Alongside. The one locked bento: Super Mover numbers, Crayons CRM, Rex Software and the 20,000 agency data layer.
- Services. Three numbered rows, 01 to 03, never icon cards.
- Results We Can Put A Name To. Four case studies as a statement style ledger with hidden quote slots, after a fintech revenue ledger (outside our usual trades).
- Team. Founders large with LinkedIn, Genesis and John small, headshots behind flags.
- How We Operate. Relentless, Respect, Right thing, Real, one line each.
- FAQ. Six questions in an accordion.
- Tell Us Where Your Pipeline Is Today. The pre footer moment with both buttons.
- Footer. The locked standard with the giant X GENS GROWTH wordmark and Website by Coastal Leads.
- Also built. Both forms and thank you pages, the PropTech, Real Estate and Insights pages, and the About timeline in its dark band.
Two signature moments
1 · Built From Inside opening
The X mark, then the tagline, then the full logo, then the hero, in under 2 seconds. Once per visitor, any tap, scroll or key skips it, and the page loads underneath so Google sees everything. Running in hero 5.
Reduced motion: skipped entirely, as Hamish asked. No library.
2 · Partnership fit check
The PropTech application becomes one question per screen using Hamish's own questions, so it qualifies before anyone books. "Just exploring" goes to the nurture thank you page instead of the calendar. Hero 3's track switch is its first step.
Reduced motion: a quick fade between questions instead of a slide. No library.
Worth knowing before you pick
Brief 3 locks the hero heading. Hero 1 uses it. Heroes 2 to 6 take their headlines word for word from other lines in the same brief, so picking one of those means a quick yes from Hamish, or dropping his heading back in.
Your pick is hero 1, now on white and cool off white with no cream anywhere. Coral is a stand in until John sends the real brand colour. No logo, phone or photos yet, so the wordmark is type and nothing invents a person.
Every hero passes the phone gate at 390 and 320. Heroes 2, 5 and 6 carry its soft note that their one time entrance does not follow the scroll.
TASTE.md has no earlier picks, so there was no pattern to lean on yet.
